An incredible popular sandwich to help make for lunch or evening meal time. The fowl is an excellent substitution for corn meat.


4 entire chicken boobies, halved, boned and skinned
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (16 ounce.) can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
4 (4 x 6-in .) slices Swiss cheese
1 1/2 C. Thousand Isle dressing
1 Tbs. chopped parsley (recommended)


Spot chicken breast in the greased 9 x 13-" baking plate and spread with sea salt and pepper. Place rinsed sauerkraut around chicken breast and top rated with cheeses. Put getting dressed uniformly around cheese. Cover with foil. Prepare at 325 diplomas F for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 time. Sprinkle with parsley well before serving.
