Wash and slice the eggplants in half lengthwise. Score it from the inside and salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes then dry with paper towel. Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put the eggplants cut side down and slightly smear the skin side with olive oil. Put in a pre-heated oven and bake at 200C for 45-50 minutes.
